TRIP OPTIONS & EXAMPLES:
6 days 5 nights, may include 3 days 2 nights camping and horseback riding in the mountains, fishing in the lakes (float tubes includes) and streams we encounter along the way, followed by several days at one of the cabins we have lined up on George Town Lake, which also has great fishing, and then a day at nearby East Fork Reservoir or mining sapphires. This gives you a little time to rest up before returning home.
Or we have a base camp set up in the wilderness ahead of time. We ride out from it to surrounding points of interest, coming back in the evening to a good meal, including wild edibles, shower and comfortable cots.
Another type of pack trip is a "gypsy" style, touring daily through the wilderness, stopping each evening at a different camp site.
